Twelve Weeks. Eight to Twelve Peers. One Sponsor-Facing Artefact.

The Halo cohort is the highest-leverage format in the AI Fluency programme. Senior leaders work across twelve weeks of weekly 90-minute sessions, building nine concrete artefacts that close into one deliverable — a sponsor-facing 90-Day AI Adoption Plan that authorises the next ninety days of action.

What You Produce

Nine Concrete Artefacts. Sponsor-Facing. Not Theoretical.

Every Halo participant leaves with operational deliverables, not certificates. Each artefact is reviewed by your facilitator and re-rated through the cohort. The final 90-Day Plan integrates all nine.

Artefact 01

Personal AI Audit

70/20/10 baseline + six-month target. Re-rated at Weeks 4, 8, 12. The diagnostic that defeats self-flattering claims about fluency.

Artefact 02

Five Bias Types Audit

Per-type score on one named deployment in your firm. Audit cadence committed. The taxonomy that produces five distinct interventions.

Artefact 03

AQO Decision Log

48-hour decision log. Two failure modes assessed. The visibility principle made institutional.

Artefact 04

Architecture Application Log

All three architectures (Scaffold, Output Template, Iterative Refinement) run on real prompts from your week.

Artefact 05

Trust Curve Placement

Three deployments placed on the Trust Curve. Progression Plan written for one. The compounding case for patience.

Artefact 06

Cultural Profile

Dominant pattern + sub-patterns. Calibrated Change-Plan. Bilateral Plan if your operation crosses borders.

Artefact 07

Workflow Map + Redesign Plan

One real workflow mapped honestly. Identified for High / Medium / Low. Redesigned across the four moves.

Artefact 08

88/5 Closure Diagnosis

Your firm’s dominant cause + 1-2 secondary. Closure framework callbacks named. The structural reading.

Artefact 09

90-Day AI Adoption Plan

Sponsor-facing. Six elements. The artefact that authorises the next ninety days — and the conversation you take to your sponsor.

The 90-Day Plan is the artefact that authorises the next ninety days. Without it, AI adoption inside the firm stays anecdotal. With it, the next sponsor conversation is short and concrete.

Closure × Sponsor Mapping

Which Closure Needs Which Sponsor. Mismatch Is the Top Failure Mode.

Each closure mechanism requires a different sponsor authority. Halo helps you find the right named individual before the 90-Day Plan is written — because the plan that names the wrong sponsor stalls regardless of how well it is structured.

The Research Underwriting Halo.

The eight frameworks emerged from longitudinal qualitative work across 23 firms in APAC, EU, and NA over 2023–2025. Composite cases throughout. Public-facing attribution by sector and theme only.

How the Frameworks Were Built

Each framework was tested against composite case material before canonical formalisation. The 88/5 gap framework synthesises external research with internal cohort diagnostics. All firm-specific data is anonymised; cases are composite illustrations.

Halo participants receive the canonical research alongside the practitioner application — both the public research paper and the longer ebook are included in the programme materials.
