Map + Redesign

F7 (Workflow Redesign). Honest map. Identify pass. Redesign across the four moves. Deployment plan.

Day 05 · Closure

The Plan + Sponsor Handoff

F8 (88/5 closure). Diagnose your firm’s gap. Finalise the 90-Day Plan. Sponsor handoff design rehearsed.
